  • Headaches & Migraines

There are many causes of headaches and migraines.  One common cause is stress which in turn causes muscle tension, particularly in the neck, head and shoulders.  This produces a pattern of chronic headaches and migraines.

Because there are other possible causes of headaches and migraines it is important to seek suitably-qualified medical advice before opting exclusively for complementary therapies.

However, we have found that physical treatment of the muscles and connective tissues in the neck, shoulders, back and jaw by myofascial release and advanced massage can be very effective in breaking the pain pattern when the symptoms are caused by muscular tension.

Please see case studies and testimonials.

The Pain Care Clinic specialises in myofascial release and advanced massage therapy for private clients with medical diagnoses of chronic pain conditions and acute pain or injuries.
