  • Rotator Cuff Injuries (shoulder pain)

Rotator cuff muscles are the four muscles around the shoulder joint.

Many shoulder pain conditions are caused by damage to one or more of the rotator cuff muscles, or to the soft tissues around the shoulder joint.

Symptoms of rotator cuff injuries include increased chronic pain at night causing problems with sleeping on the injured side, restricted movement of the shoulder and loss of strength.

Rotator cuff injuries are often diagnosed as frozen shoulder as the same muscles are affected in both conditions.

Myofascial release or advanced massage therapy for clients with rotator cuff injuries involves work on the muscles and soft tissues around the shoulder joint, neck and upper chest.

Please see case studies and testimonials.

The Pain Care Clinic specialises in myofascial release and advanced massage therapy for private clients with medical diagnoses of chronic pain conditions and acute pain or injuries.
